  1. Day1ISTANBUL - BALI ( airport meeting 1 day before )

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight (1 calendar day before the outbound flight date). We complete our baggage, ticketing and boarding procedures.

We will board our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Bali. Upon arrival in Bali, Indonesia’s most visited island, renowned for its beaches, we will board our private coach waiting at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

  2. Day2BALI

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Tegallalang Rice Fields & Kintamani Tour with Lunch. On this full-day excursion, we discover Bali's fascinating culture, unique natural beauty and magnificent scenery. Our first stop is the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of Bali's most famous landmarks. We stop for photos and free time in this impressive area, shaped by the traditional UNESCO-protected "Subak" irrigation system. We then head to the Kintamani region for panoramic views of Mount Batur, with its striking black lava flows and views of Lake Batur. After our photo stop, we have lunch at our restaurant overlooking the volcano and lake. After lunch, we visit a Luwak Coffee Farm, where we can observe the production of Luwak coffee, one of the world's most distinctive coffees, and sample local coffee and tea varieties. On our return journey, we visit Tirta Empul Holy Spring, one of the most important sacred sites in Balinese Hindu culture. After viewing the sacred pools, believed to have healing and purifying properties, we transfer to our hotel, with free time to relax. Overnight at our hotel.

  3. Day3BALI

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulun Danu Beratan Temple Tour with Lunch. Our first stop is Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali's most impressive natural attractions. We pause for photos at this enchanting waterfall amid lush tropical vegetation, with an opportunity to experience Bali's natural beauty up close. We then visit Taman Ayun Temple, known as the "Royal Temple" and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2012. After visiting this historic site, renowned for its traditional Balinese architecture and impressive gardens, we continue to the Bedugul region in Bali's cool highlands. After lunch at our local restaurant in Bedugul, surrounded by lush forests, we visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple on the shores of Lake Bratan, one of Bali's iconic landmarks. Following free time at the temple, one of the island's most photographed locations thanks to its unique setting on the lake, we transfer to our hotel, with free time to relax. Overnight at our hotel.

  4. Day4BALI

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Monkey Forest & Tanah Lot Temple & Ubud Market Tour with Lunch. Our first stop is the Monkey Forest, one of Bali’s most popular attractions. We enjoy a pleasant walk among tropical forests and historic temples in this nature reserve, home to hundreds of long-tailed monkeys. We then have lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks. Built on a rocky outcrop in the ocean, this impressive temple is among the island’s most visited sites, with its unique views and enchanting atmosphere. Located 160 km south of Kuala Lumpur, Melaka is one of the country’s most important historic areas. It was founded by Parameswara, a Hindu prince from Palembang. • If the tour operates despite insufficient participation, guiding services may be provided in English.
  • Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
  • Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making reservations for a 3rd guest and/or a child are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults.
  • Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible.
  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
  • Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
  • Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
  • When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
  • Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • Optional excursions are organised by our local partner agency and require a minimum of 20 participants. If this minimum is not met, excursions may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change excursion days and times depending on the opening and closure of museums and archaeological sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
  • Participation in optional excursions is voluntary and not compulsory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional excursions during the tour are deemed to agree to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the excursion begins and collected from the same location after it ends.
  • Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternative accommodation options are listed for the same destination, details of your hotel(s) will be available 48 hours before departure.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and flight times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change.

VISA

  • Turkish citizens do not require a visa. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient.
  • Guests travelling on Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to their destination country and/or boarding by the airline. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • The visa information provided in the programme applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports issued by other countries should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Immigration officers have the authority to deny you entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with border officials upon arrival in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or have sustained similar damage must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
