AvailableWe meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before departure. After completing baggage, ticketing and boarding formalities, we begin our journey to São Paulo on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight.
Upon arrival in São Paulo, we connect to a scheduled flight operated by a local airline to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival in Rio, we board our private coach waiting at the airport and depart for a panoramic city tour of Rio de Janeiro. In this city of cheerful people, vibrant colours and lively music, our panoramic tour takes in colonial-style buildings, the Sambadrome where the famous Rio Carnival is held, Maracanã Stadium and the Metropolitan Cathedral. We then transfer to a local restaurant for dinner. After dinner, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our legendary Sugarloaf Mountain tour to admire Rio de Janeiro's beauty from a different perspective. The mountain takes its name from the Portuguese soldiers who first arrived in the area and thought its shape resembled a sack of sugar. A magnificent cable car ride takes us to Urca Hill, the intermediate stop between ground level and Sugarloaf. During a short break here, you have the opportunity to photograph the magnificent scenery. Upon reaching the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, you discover Rio's enchanting beauty from a different angle. You can see Copacabana Beach stretching into the distance, the faint outlines of the Two Brothers and Gávea mountains on the horizon, the charming, intimate Red Beach, the views from Guanabara Bay to Niterói, and, closer by, Rio's Botafogo and central neighbourhoods. At the end of the tour, we depart for our Samba Show with Dinner. After dinner at a local restaurant, we enjoy a samba dance show, a performance synonymous with the country. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Corcovado Mountain to see Christ the Redeemer, one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. Our train journey through Tijuca Forest brings us to Corcovado Mountain, home to the Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the 7 Wonders of the World. At the summit, 700 metres above sea level, we see the world-famous, iconic Christ the Redeemer statue, standing 38 metres tall. The statue is not the only breathtaking feature of this location: as you approach it, spectacular panoramic views of the city unfold before you. We then visit Rio de Janeiro's historic Santa Teresa neighbourhood, known for its artistic and cultural atmosphere. With its colourful streets, historic buildings and distinctive architecture, it offers an opportunity to explore one of the city's most characteristic districts up close. Our final stop is the Selarón Steps, designed by the renowned artist Jorge Selarón and decorated with colourful ceramic tiles from different countries. After a photo stop, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day of free time. You can enjoy the sea and sunshine on Rio de Janeiro's world-famous beaches. Guests may spend the day at Copacabana, Rio's most iconic stretch of coastline, or at Ipanema Beach, one of the city's liveliest and most popular beaches, which inspired the world-famous song “The Girl from Ipanema”. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Rio de Janeiro Airport at the time specified by our guide for our flight to Iguazu with a local airline. After completing baggage and ticketing formalities, we fly to Iguazu. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel in Iguazu in our waiting private vehicle and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart to visit the Brazilian side of the falls. We head to the Bird Park for our tour. During an approximately 1-hour walking tour of Latin America’s largest bird park, we can see hundreds of bird species from around the world, including native Brazilian birds. In addition to birds, the park features a Butterfly Area and reptiles such as lizards, turtles, boa constrictors and anacondas. After observing the birds up close in their enormous natural enclosures, we continue our tour on the Brazilian side of the falls. A peaceful, relaxing walk alongside the falls will reveal some of the most spectacular scenery you have ever seen. Sunlight filtering through the water creates the enchanting effect of hundreds of rainbows. As we walk down towards the Iguazu River Valley with our guide, we will have the opportunity to watch 275 waterfalls cascading down. After visiting the falls, we will take a Macuco Safari boat tour to experience this natural wonder up close. Our adventurous safari unfolds against some of the world’s most spectacular scenery. After the tour, we return to our hotel and enjoy free time to relax. In the evening, we depart together for our Rafa Inn Show tour with dinner. While sampling regional flavours, we watch a show featuring South American dances. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time to relax. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart to visit the Argentine side. We will walk along trails that offer views of the enormous waterfalls from below. We will feel the power of the flowing water up close and enjoy the magnificent natural scenery. Walking along metal platforms, we will reach a point directly above the Devil’s Throat. Once there, we will have the opportunity to experience the waterfall with all our senses. At the time specified by our guide, we transfer to Iguazu Airport for our flight to Buenos Aires with a local airline. After completing baggage and ticketing procedures, we fly to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel in Buenos Aires in our waiting private vehicle and enjoy free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a panoramic city tour of Buenos Aires, South America's most European and cosmopolitan city. During our tour, which offers a glimpse into the spirit of Buenos Aires, we will see the city's landmark, El Obelisco. We will see major squares such as De Mayo, San Martin and Alvear, and explore avenues including Corrientes, 9 de Julio and De Mayo. We will visit historic districts such as La Boca and San Telmo, as well as the more upscale Palermo and Recoleta and the more modern Puerto Madero. Panoramic sights along the route include Lezama and Tres de Febrero parks, the commercial and financial districts, La Bonbonera football stadium and Casa Rosada on Plaza de Mayo. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to relax. We then depart for our Tango Show with Dinner. We will visit one of the local restaurants offering tango shows to enjoy performances by some of the finest dancers, singers and musicians in Buenos Aires, where tango remains very much alive. After a delicious dinner, we will have the opportunity to watch a spectacular tango performance that appeals to the senses. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out. We depart for our Tigre Delta tour to enjoy the magnificent views of the Rio de la Plata. Outside the city, we will travel along Avenida del Libertador, lined with beautiful residences once used as summer homes by aristocratic families. We then arrive in Barrio de San Isidro, where fruit trees along the streets tell stories of the area’s past, before continuing to the Tigre district, located 36 km from the city centre. On our boat tour here, we will navigate both the main rivers and the narrow channels that form the most attractive part of the region. After the tour, we transfer to Buenos Aires Airport by private coach at the time specified by your guide. After completing baggage, ticketing and boarding procedures at Buenos Aires Airport, we begin our flight to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. Overnight on board.
