  1. Day1ISTANBUL

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight (1 day before departure).

  2. Day2ISTANBUL – CAPE TOWN

After baggage, ticketing and boarding formalities, we depart for Cape Town on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. Overnight on board. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we board our private vehicle waiting at the airport and enjoy our traditional welcome drink as we set off on our city tour of Cape Town, the “Mother City”. After the city tour and some free time, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

  3. Day3CAPE TOWN

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join our optional Cape of Good Hope & Hout Bay Excursion with Lunch (160 Euro). We will pass through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay and Clifton before arriving in the fishing town of Hout Bay. Weather permitting, we will take a boat trip to see African fur seals in their natural habitat on Seal Island, with plenty of opportunities for photographs. We then travel by coach along Chapmans Peak Drive, built into the granite cliffs, to see the Cape of Good Hope, discovered by Bartholemeo Diaz, and take the funicular to see the world's highest lighthouse. During our visit to the Cape of Good Hope, part of the Cape Floral region, one of the richest floral areas on the UNESCO World Heritage List, we will see 250 bird species as well as African antelope, Cape zebras, various reptiles, troops of baboons and charming African penguins. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Cape Town and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

  4. Day4CAPE TOWN

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join our optional Table Mountain & Giraffe House & Stellenbosch tour with Lunch (160 Euro). Weather permitting, we take the cable car up the 1087-metre-high Table Mountain, where we can enjoy 360-degree views and photograph magnificent panoramas of the city and ocean. Located at the southern tip of Africa, Cape Town is a historic city associated with struggles for freedom and a place of dazzling natural beauty. Sights we will see include the Parliament Building, Company Gardens, Long Street, the Castle of Good Hope, the Reibeck Statue, Adderly Street, the Good Wishes Castle and the Bo-Kaap district. After walking breaks in Sea Point and Camps Bay to enjoy wonderful ocean views, we visit a wine estate producing some of South Africa's finest wines in Stellenbosch, the country's second-oldest town. The town is the heart of South Africa's wine industry, and the Stellenbosch Wine of Origin region contains 106 cellars. The heart of the town lies midway along oak-lined Dorp Street. We then see Stellenbosch University, with its distinguished old buildings, where modern student life intertwines with historical and architectural heritage. We will have free time to shop in the town's boutiques and historic shops. Afterwards, we visit Giraffe House to learn about wildlife and see the giraffes. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Cape Town and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

  5. Day5CAPE TOWN

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join our optional Langa & Kirstenbosch tour (150 Euro). Langa is one of Cape Town's oldest historic settlements and was also South Africa's first official black township established during the Apartheid era. Known for its cultural richness and social history, Langa offers us the opportunity to discover local culture and experience daily life firsthand. We then visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden. Covering 528 hectares, including 36 hectares of cultivated gardens, this extensive garden is a celebration of South African flora. Showcasing only indigenous South African plants, it brings together fynbos, proteas, cycads, rolling lawns, streams and ponds, with well-maintained paths for easy walking. After enjoying the magnificent scenery amid the garden's diverse birdlife, we head to the Treetop Canopy Walkway, which offers visitors the chance to experience the forest from above ground level. Its galvanized steel structure awaits you for an adventure among the trees and branches, high above the forest floor. Afterwards, we transfer to the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Enjoy free time for shopping at South Africa's most popular shopping destination, with more than 450 retail outlets selling everything from fashion and homeware to antiques, jewellery and technology. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Cape Town and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

  6. Day6CAPE TOWN – SUN CITY

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and transfer to Cape Town Airport by private coach. We fly to Lanseria Airport with a local airline. Upon arrival, we board our waiting vehicle, and guests who wish may join our optional Lion Park tour (100 Euro). Offering the chance to see wildlife up close, from lions and wild dogs to cheetahs, giraffes and lion cubs, this magnificent park will be one of the most enjoyable stops on our South African adventure. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel in Sun City. Overnight at our hotel.

  7. Day7SUN CITY

We leave the hotel at sunrise for our safari tour. Afterwards, guests who wish may join our optional Sunrise Safari (150 Euro) and Sunset Safari (150 Euro) tours. Travelling in safari vehicles, we will have the opportunity to spend unforgettable hours surrounded by nature. In Pilanesberg National Park, we will observe the daily lives of various wild animals in a natural volcanic landscape nestled among the mountains. During our visit, we will have the opportunity to see the most dangerous game animals, known as the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros, as well as 350 bird species, 65 reptile species and hundreds of other animal species. Seeing all five of these animals is essential to a true safari experience. To increase our chances of spotting them, the safari is divided into 2 sessions, at sunrise and sunset, when the animals are more visible as they drink in the morning and hunt in the evening. After our safari tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

  8. Day8SUN CITY – JOHANNESBURG

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and transfer to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, we set off on our Johannesburg city tour. Sights on our panoramic tour include the City Centre, Houghton, Mandela House, Rosebank and Sandton. Guests who wish may then join our optional Lesedi African Village Tour with Lunch (100 Euro). Lesedi consists of several different farms and traditional villages. Upon arrival, we receive a lively traditional welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. • If the tour operates despite insufficient participation, guiding services may be provided in English.
  • Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before departure.
  • Rooms for 3 guests are not available. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making dbl+chd reservations are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults.
  • Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible.
  • As tour flights are booked with group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Your agency will provide the updated times with the tour information.
  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
  • Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
  • Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
  • When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
  • Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • The times announced by our guide during tours are departure times, when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide is responsible for treating all guests equally and will depart at the meeting time without waiting. Guests who arrive late must make their own way to the next stop.
  • Optional tours are organised by the local agency providing our services and require a minimum of 20 participants. If there are insufficient participants, the tours may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change the days and times of tours according to the opening schedules of museums and archaeological sites and the weather conditions. A different guide may accompany guests on optional tours.
  • In our classic packages that do not include optional tours, participation in these tours is voluntary. Guests who do not wish to join optional tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These guests will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same location after it ends.
  • For programmes that include the additional tours, museum & archaeological site admission fees must be paid to your agency at the time of booking or to the guide during the tour.
  • The participant agrees in advance to join the tours specified in the itinerary without disrupting the programme and to pay the tour representative separately during the trip the amount stated in advance in the itinerary to cover expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes and audio headsets, where applicable. The participant has been fully informed of these arrangements.
  • Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternative accommodation options are listed for the same destination, details of your hotel(s) will be available 48 hours before departure.
