Day-by-day itinerary
Day1ISTANBUL – LJUBLJANA
We meet our guests in front of the agency counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s International Departures Terminal 3 hours before departure. After ticketing, baggage and boarding formalities, we depart for Ljubljana at 14.10 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC460. Upon arrival at 14.25 local time, we begin our city tour by private coach. Like other cities with a river running through them, Ljubljana is a city of bridges. We see Shoemakers’ Bridge, the oldest bridge in the city centre, where shoemakers once displayed their products; the Triple Bridge at the heart of the city; Butchers’ Bridge, decorated with love locks; and Dragon Bridge, a symbol of the city and the Slovenian flag. We also visit Prešeren and Kongresni squares, the colourful heart of Ljubljana, bustling in the evenings, and Trubarjeva Street, a delightful place to spend time, with graffiti-covered walls and old shoes hanging above the street. Afterwards, enjoy free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day2LJUBLJANA
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free time. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional In the Footsteps of the Alps: Salzburg Region & Mozart’s House & Wolfgang & Hallstatt and Lake Bled Tour (130 Euro). We depart for Hallstatt amid magnificent natural scenery. Located in Austria’s Salzkammergut region, Hallstatt is also known as the most romantic destination in the Austrian Alps, thanks to its exceptional natural beauty and Alpine backdrop. Home to one of Austria’s most important Alpine lakes and the world’s oldest salt mine, Hallstatt is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this town, often described as a little piece of paradise, you can shop for souvenirs and sip coffee beside the turquoise lake while admiring the beautiful Alpine scenery. After our Hallstatt tour, we visit Lake Wolfgang. Our first stop is the lakeside town of St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut. A place of exquisite beauty, this tranquil resort, home to wealthy German and Austrian families, is surrounded by the Alps. Founded beside the lake in the 10th century, the town offers travellers a rich experience with its historic Gothic buildings and magnificent views. We then explore St. Gilgen on Lake Wolfgang. Accompanied by our guide, we tour this famous village, known for its mountain scenery and summer and winter sports. It is the family village of Mozart, who was born on 27 January 1756, and a place where he spent time in his youth and found inspiration for many of his works. The village also has a museum displaying personal belongings of the Mozart family. After the tour, enjoy free time in town before we continue to Lake Bled. Formed by the Bohinj Glacier, Lake Bled is 2 km long and 1,3 km wide. You will find endless opportunities to photograph the surrounding hills and their reflections, traditional boats, the magnificent island with its church, and swans along the shore. A walk around the lake offers a romantic and enjoyable experience. Following the tour, we return to Ljubljana. Overnight at our hotel.
Day3LJUBLJANA
After breakfast, enjoy free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Rijeka & Zagreb Tour (120 Euro), organised by our guide. Upon arrival, we begin our Zagreb city tour. Croatia’s capital is a must-see destination, with its 19th-century architecture, cultural and historical heritage, and Upper Town (Kaptol), which offers a glimpse into the Middle Ages. Main sights include Zagreb Cathedral, Dolac Market, St. Mark’s Church, one of the city’s symbols, and Lotrščak Tower. At the Stone Gate, guests who wish may light a candle for their wishes. Zagreb is the only city in the world where noon is announced by a cannon fired from Lotrščak Hill. In Zagreb, famous for its horseshoe-shaped parks, we complete our tour with views of the Archaeological Museum, the National Museum and government buildings. After the city tour, we depart for Rijeka. Croatia’s largest port and third-largest city, Rijeka lies on Kvarner Bay, an inlet of the Adriatic Sea. Main sights include Rijeka Port, Trsat Castle, the City Tower, Rijeka Governor’s Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral, Molo Longo, the Old Gate and the Capuchin Church. After the tour, enjoy free time in the city. At the time specified by our guide, transfer to our hotel to relax. Overnight at our hotel.
Day4LJUBLJANA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we check out and enjoy free time until the time advised by our guide, followed by a transfer to the airport. We depart at 12.35 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC461. Our tour ends upon arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 16.50.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour requires a minimum of 20 participants. If there are insufficient participants, the agency will give notice of cancellation no later than 21 days before departure. You will be notified through your agency if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participation.
- Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
- During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before departure.
- The panoramic city tours included in the package provide a general introduction to the cities and are conducted entirely from the vehicle with commentary from the guide. They last no more than 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry at the scheduled date and time, because of events or road closures, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible.
- Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. When booking for a 3rd guest and/or a child, participants are deemed to have accepted the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to a single child within the applicable age range sharing with 2 adults. Hotels do not guarantee a bed for children aged 0-2.
- Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
- As tour flights are booked with group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Your agency will provide the updated times with the tour information.
- Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
- Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
- Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
- Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
- Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
- When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
- Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
- Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
- The times announced by our guide during tours are departure times, when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide is responsible for treating all guests equally and will depart at the meeting time without waiting. Guests who arrive late must make their own way to the next stop.
- Optional tours are organised by the local agency providing our services and require a minimum of 20 participants. If there are insufficient participants, the tours may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change the days and times of tours according to the opening schedules of museums and archaeological sites and the weather conditions. A different guide may accompany guests on optional tours.
- In our classic packages that do not include optional tours, participation in these tours is voluntary. Guests who do not wish to join optional tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These guests will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same location after it ends.
- For itineraries that include optional excursions, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to the guide during the tour.
- The participant agrees in advance to join the tours specified in the itinerary without disrupting the programme and to pay the tour representative separately during the trip the amount stated in advance in the itinerary to cover expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes and audio headsets, where applicable. The participant has been fully informed of these arrangements.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and flight times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change.
VISA
- Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye require a visa. Visa applications must be submitted with a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list.
- Green passport holders do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip is sufficient.
- The visa information provided in the programme applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports issued by other countries should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry to the country. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible in such cases; responsibility rests with the passenger.
- To avoid problems with border officials in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or otherwise damaged must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
- When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.

- For cancellations made 29-16 days before departure, 50% of the tour price excluding airfare will be refunded. Airfare is non-refundable.
