Day-by-day itinerary
Day1ISTANBUL – LONDON
We meet at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport three hours before our flight. After baggage, ticketing and boarding formalities, we depart for London on a scheduled Pegasus flight. Upon arrival in London, we board our private vehicle waiting at the airport. Sights on our panoramic city tour include the Houses of Parliament, BIG BEN Clock Tower, Westminster Bridge and Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Nelson’s Column, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the River Thames. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time to relax. Guests who wish may then join the optional Soho & Chinatown Evening Tour (45 GBP). To truly experience London, you should also see it after sunset. Departing from our hotel in the late afternoon, we head towards Soho & Chinatown, where the city’s energy never fades. After a short, comfortable journey, we encounter an atmosphere very different from the London we saw during the day: brightly lit streets, aromas drifting from restaurants, music and crowds mingling into the night… First, we explore Soho, one of London’s most free-spirited, colourful and lively districts. As we walk through streets lined with small theatres, live music venues, boutique bars and restaurants, we step beyond London’s classic tourist sights and immerse ourselves in everyday city life. The aim here is to experience London like a local for an evening. Walking through Soho’s lively streets, we continue to Chinatown, one of London’s most photogenic spots. The atmosphere changes instantly among streets illuminated by red lanterns, colourful signs and restaurants offering a wide variety of East Asian flavours. You will find yourself in a small Asian neighbourhood in the heart of London. After an enjoyable evening amid London’s lights, Soho’s energy and Chinatown’s distinctive atmosphere, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day2LONDON
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join the optional London Tour (120 GBP). We begin a full programme exploring both historic and modern London. Our first stop is the City of London, known as London’s financial centre. With a history stretching back to Roman times, this district has preserved its historic character despite being surrounded by skyscrapers today. We begin our walking tour at St. Paul’s Cathedral, one of the city’s oldest and most important religious buildings. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, this impressive cathedral is one of the most iconic features of London’s skyline, particularly its immense dome. We continue with an exterior view of the Tower of London, one of the city’s landmarks. Built in the 11th century, it has served as a palace, prison and treasury throughout its history. We stop for photographs at the neighbouring Tower Bridge, which has become a symbol of modern London. Continuing our City tour, we conclude the first half of the day with a lunch break at Borough Market, one of London’s most popular street food destinations. After completing our City of London tour, we move on to the City of Westminster, London’s political and royal centre. Our first stop here is Buckingham Palace, one of the most important symbols of the British monarchy. We continue to the Houses of Parliament (Palace of Westminster), regarded as England’s political heart, and the adjacent Big Ben. During our walking tour, we also view Westminster Abbey from the outside. The setting for royal coronations, this historic building is one of the most significant sites in English history. In the final part of our tour, we enjoy free time in Covent Garden, one of London’s liveliest squares. Guests may browse the nearby shops, spend time in cafés or soak up the city’s atmosphere. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in London and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day3LONDON
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free time until the stadium transfer. In the late afternoon, we depart for Stamford Bridge for our Champions League match against Shakhtar Donetsk. We wish our team every success. After the match, transfer to your hotel in London and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day4LONDON – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and transfer to the airport at the time specified by your guide. After baggage, ticketing and customs formalities, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Pegasus flight. Our tour and services end upon arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

- Our tour requires a minimum of 40 participants. If there are insufficient participants, notice of cancellation will be provided no later than 21 days before departure. You will be notified through your agency if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participation.
- If the tour operates despite insufficient participation, guiding services may be provided in English.
- Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
- During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km. In such cases, your agency will notify you 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making reservations for a 3rd guest and/or a child are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults.
- Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible.
- As tour flights are booked with group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Your agency will provide the updated times with the tour information.
- Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
- Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
- Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
- Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
- Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
- When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
- Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
- Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
- The times announced by our guide during tours are departure times, when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide is responsible for treating all guests equally and will depart at the meeting time without waiting. Guests who arrive late must make their own way to the next stop.
- Optional tours are organised by the local agency providing our services and require a minimum of 20 participants. If there are insufficient participants, the tours may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change the days and times of tours according to the opening schedules of museums and archaeological sites and the weather conditions. A different guide may accompany guests on optional tours.
- In our classic packages that do not include optional tours, participation in these tours is voluntary. Guests who do not wish to join optional tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These guests will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same location after it ends.
- For itineraries that include optional excursions, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to the guide during the tour.
- The participant agrees in advance to join the tours specified in the itinerary without disrupting the programme and to pay the tour representative separately during the trip the amount stated in advance in the itinerary to cover expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes and audio headsets, where applicable. The participant has been fully informed of these arrangements.
- Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternative accommodation options are listed for the same destination, details of your hotel(s) will be available 48 hours before departure.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and flight times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change.
- VISA
- Turkish citizens require a visa. They can travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the trip.
- Green passport holders also require a visa.
- The visa information provided in the programme applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports issued by other countries should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Having a complete set of passport and tour documents does not guarantee entry to the country; immigration officers have the authority to deny you entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility rests with the passenger.
- To avoid problems with border officials upon arrival in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or have sustained similar damage must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
- When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made at least 30 days before departure, the full tour price will be refunded.
- For cancellations made 29-16 days before departure, 50% of the tour price excluding airfare will be refunded. Airfare is non-refundable.
- For cancellations made 15-0 days before departure, the full tour price is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
- If a guest fails to join the tour on the departure date because they miss their flight, coach or other means of transport, the full tour price is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
