Tour conditions and notes
  • Our tour requires a minimum of 40 participants. If there are insufficient participants, notice of cancellation will be provided no later than 20 days before departure. You will be notified through your agency if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participation.
  • Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km. In such cases, your agency will notify you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making reservations for a 3rd guest and/or a child are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults.
  • Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible.
  • Optional excursions are organised by our local partner agency and require a minimum of 20 participants. If this minimum is not met, excursions may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change excursion days and times depending on the opening and closure of museums and archaeological sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
  • Participation in optional excursions is voluntary and not compulsory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional excursions during the tour are deemed to agree to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the excursion begins and collected from the same location after it ends.
  • Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternative accommodation options are listed for the same destination, details of your hotel(s) will be available 48 hours before departure.
  • Guests cannot cancel or make changes to tours booked under promotional or early booking offers.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and times may change before the tour or flight. Fly Express is required to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service charges.
  • Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye require a visa. Visa applications must be submitted with a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list available from our agency.
  • Guests travelling on Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to their destination country and/or boarding by the airline. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • Green passport holders do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip is sufficient.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry to the country. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible in such cases; responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with border officials upon arrival in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or have sustained similar damage must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
Cancellation policy
  • For cancellations made at least 30 days before departure, the full tour price will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made 29-16 days before departure, 50% of the tour price excluding airfare will be refunded. Airfare is non-refundable.
  • For cancellations made 15-0 days before departure, the full tour price is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
  • If a guest fails to join the tour on the departure date because they miss their flight, coach or other means of transport, the full tour price is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
