AvailableWe meet at Istanbul New Airport 4 hours before departure and, after completing check-in, fly to Milan (MXP) Airport. Upon landing at Milan Airport, we transfer to our ship at the port of Savona.
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Barcelona city tour organised by our guide at an additional charge. Our tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful cities, begins with our private coach waiting at the port. Sights include La Rambla, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum's artificial harbour, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, where Gaudí's houses have transformed the avenue into an open-air museum, and his most significant work, the Sagrada Familia. During the tour, we will ascend Montjuïc Hill to take photographs of the views. After free time for shopping on La Rambla, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
We spend the entire day at sea, a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant, offering a variety of dishes freshly prepared by dedicated chefs to suit every palate, or at your reserved seat in the à la carte restaurant. During the day, you can take yoga and fitness classes, play outdoor tennis, volleyball and basketball, or use the gym equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, including strength-training machines. After dinner, you can spend time in the ship's lively bars and cafés listening to live music, attend Broadway-style musical theatre shows or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and overnight on board.
Enjoy a full day of free time. Guests who wish can shop in Gibraltar and relax in its cafés.
After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Casablanca & Marrakech Tour organised by our guide. We begin with a journey of approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to Marrakech. Upon arrival, we start exploring the city. Our first stop is the 19th-century Bahia Palace. Construction was initiated in 1859 by Si Musa, grand vizier to the Alaouite sultan Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman, and was later continued between 1894-1900 by his son Si Ba Ahmed ibn Musa, grand vizier to Sultan Moulay Abdelaziz. We will then see the Koutoubia Mosque, with its 77-metre-high minaret. It is Marrakech's tallest building and largest mosque. Along with the great Jemaa el Fna square and Menara Gardens, Koutoubia is a symbol of Marrakech. Its 77-metre minaret can be seen from 25 kilometres away and is illuminated in the evening, becoming the city's "spiritual lighthouse." Other sights we will see include Majorella Gardens, the souks, Jma El Fna square, known as the Courtyard of Miracles, and the bazaars. After our Marrakech excursion, we return to Casablanca and begin our city tour in Habous. Established by the French in 1930, this district combines traditional Moroccan and modern French architecture, with orderly streets, roadside stalls and beautiful houses. We then see the neo-Gothic Casablanca Cathedral (Sacre Coeur), Mohammed V Square and United Nations Square before heading to our final stop, the Hassan II Mosque. Morocco's largest mosque and the seventh largest in the world, it features Andalusian influences and will be viewed from the outside. After a short break on Casablanca's famous waterfront promenade, the Corniche, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Tetouan & Tangier Tour organised by our guide. Welcome to Tangier, the city of a thousand stars, and Tetouan, the white city. We begin our tour by setting off towards the lighthouse built in 1860, travelling to the Cap Spartel headland. Here, we will photograph Africa's northwesternmost point. We will then enjoy a walking tour of the Medina Bazaar, where you can admire local craftsmanship. Afterwards, we depart for the white city of Tetouan. It is impossible not to admire this city, where Arab and Spanish cultures come together. During our tour, we will visit the Medina of Tetouan, Morocco's best-preserved medina, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. We will see Bab El Okla, the city's eastern gateway, and the Bab Okla art school. At the end of our tour, we return to Tangier. Dinner and overnight on board.
After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Seville & Cadiz city tour organised by our guide at an additional charge. After docking in Cadiz, we travel to Seville, the most important city in southern Spain. Our panoramic city tour includes the cathedral, whose construction began in the 15th century on the site of the former Great Mosque from the Almohad period; the Alcazar royal residence, where palaces in Arab, Gothic and Renaissance styles stand side by side; the 13th-century fortress known as the Tower of Gold; numerous medieval churches; the 51. Paula Convent; and City Hall. We then return to Cadiz for a short introductory city tour before arriving back at our ship. Dinner and overnight accommodation on board.
After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Costa Del Sol & Malaga City Tour organised by the ship at an additional charge. Malaga, a hub of the Costa del Sol and Andalusia, is a city where Arab and Western cultures meet and flourish. Following a panoramic city tour, we admire the city views from Gibralfaro Castle. We then travel to Mijas, another distinctive Andalusian village renowned for its cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, horse-drawn carriages and traditional market. After an enjoyable visit to Mijas, we return to the city centre for free time to shop before returning to our ship. Dinner and overnight accommodation on board.
After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Aix-en-Provence & Marseille Tour organised by the ship at an additional charge. We begin with a 10-minute walk from Marseille port. After a coach journey of approximately 40 minutes, we reach AIX-EN-PROVENCE, one of southern France's most elegant cities, which has inspired many creative figures such as Paul Cézanne and Émile Zola. In this region famous for its lavender fields, we explore a city steeped in history, with beautiful buildings, flower-filled balconies and fountains that are works of art. After Aix-en-Provence, we return to Marseille and begin our city tour. Passing through the Old Port, we visit Notre-Dame de la Garde, one of the city's most celebrated historic landmarks, set on a high hill. Our second stop is Palais Longchamp. During our visit to this building, which houses the Museum of Fine Arts, we view its gardens and fountains from outside and stop for photographs. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board.
After breakfast on board, we complete disembarkation procedures and transfer to Milan MXP Airport. Guests who wish may join the optional Milan Outlet Tour, arranged by our guide.
