▪ Our tour requires a minimum of 15 participants. If there are insufficient participants, notice of cancellation will be given no later than 20 days before departure. You will be notified through your agency if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participation.
▪ If the tour proceeds despite insufficient participation, guiding services may be provided in English.
▪ Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming a hotel and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of your hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
▪ During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before departure.
▪ Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. When booking for a 3rd guest and/or a child, tour participants are deemed to accept the bed type and any resulting lack of space in the room. Child discounts apply to a single child within the eligible age group sharing a room with 2 adults. Beds are not guaranteed for children aged 0-2.
▪ Hotel breakfasts included in the tour follow the breakfast customs of the destination country and generally consist of a limited continental menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate dining room allocated to them.
▪ Panoramic city tours included in the package provide a general introduction to the cities, with commentary from the guide while travelling by vehicle. They last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit access at the scheduled time, roads are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport, where feasible.
▪ As tour flights are booked with group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Your agency will provide updated times with the tour information.
▪ Tour flight times must be confirmed before booking domestic flights. Guests who purchase domestic connecting flights independently from another provider cannot request any refund from the agency if the agency cancels the tour or flight times change. By purchasing the tour, guests accept in advance any financial or non-financial losses arising from its cancellation or changes. Fly Express cannot be held responsible.
▪ Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a return ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
▪ Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
▪ Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to fly because they fail to arrive at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all costs required to join the tour, including new return flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
▪ Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases and passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items left behind, lost or stolen. If items left behind are found, there is no obligation to return them to the owner's country and/or to the owner. Any costs incurred in returning them are the owner's responsibility.
▪ In cases of illness, loss or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
▪ When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name, date of birth and passport number accurately as shown in your passport. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
▪ Some airlines may charge for food, beverages and online check-in services.
▪ Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
▪ The times announced by our guide during tours are departure times, when the vehicle will set off. To treat all guests equally, the guide will depart at the stated meeting time without waiting. Guests who are late must make their own way to the next stop.
▪ Optional excursions are organised by our local partner agency and require at least 20 participants. If this minimum is not reached, excursions may not operate, or their prices, itineraries and vehicles may change according to the number of participants. The guide may also change excursion days and times depending on the opening hours of museums and archaeological sites and on weather conditions. Guests may be accompanied by a different guide on optional excursions.
▪ In our standard packages that do not include optional excursions, participation in these excursions is voluntary. Guests who choose not to participate are deemed to accept waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. They will be dropped off before the excursion begins and picked up at the same location after it ends.
▪ For itineraries that include additional excursions, museum & archaeological site admission fees must be paid to your agency when booking or to the guide during the tour.
▪ The participant agrees in advance to take part in the tours specified in the itinerary without disrupting the programme and to pay the tour representative separately during the trip the amount stated in advance in the itinerary for expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admission, city taxes and audio headset systems, where applicable. The participant has been fully informed of this requirement.
▪ Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternatives are listed for the same destination, you can obtain details of your hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
▪ Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
▪ Turkish citizens do not require a visa. A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the trip is sufficient.
▪ Guests travelling on Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be refused entry to their destination country and/or denied boarding by the airline. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger.
▪ Immigration officers have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for such decisions; responsibility lies with the passenger.
▪ To avoid problems with border officials at the destination due to passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged or have suffered other or similar damage, these passports must be renewed. If the destination requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
▪ When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border officers may request a document showing the consent of both parents when entering or leaving a country. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
