We meet at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport three hours before departure (1 calendar day before the outbound flight date).

  2. Day2ISTANBUL – TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUEN – FES

Following baggage, ticketing and boarding formalities, we depart for Tangier on a scheduled Air Arabia flight. Upon arrival at Tangier Airport, we transfer to Chefchaouen in our private coach waiting at the airport. We set off for our Blue City Chefchaouen Tour, continuing our journey to this blue city whose fame has long extended beyond Morocco's borders. After a walk through its labyrinth of blue streets, guests who wish to shop will have free time. We then depart for Fes. In the former capital, we walk past Bab-el Makhzen, the monumental gateway to the royal palace, and through the surrounding Mellah Jewish quarter before taking a tour of the Medina. Along the labyrinthine streets of Fes, we see world-famous madrasas, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the market selling distinctive Moroccan jewellery and copperware, workshops producing some of the world's finest ceramics, and the tannery near the Fes River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Fes for free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Food and drink recommendation of the day: Try traditional Moroccan mint tea.

  3. Day3FES – IFRANE – MIDELT – ERFOUD

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Ifrane in the Atlas Mountains. Known as Morocco's little Switzerland, Ifrane is an attractive tourist destination with a ski resort and Swiss-style architecture. After free time here, we stop for lunch at a local restaurant in the town of Midelt along our route. We then transfer to our hotel in Erfoud for free time to relax. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. We depart for our Sahara Desert Sunset or Sunrise Camel Safari (our guide will decide according to weather conditions). We head to the sand dunes for our desert safari. 4. Day4ERFOUD – TINGHIR – AIT BENHADDOU – FILM STUDIOS – OUARZAZATE

We begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Ouarzazate via Tinghir. Today unfolds like a road story, with the desert on one side and the Atlas Mountains on the other. Our stops include water channels, the Todra Valley and M'gouna, the city of roses. We then arrive at our hotel in Ouarzazate, a city that has hosted numerous Hollywood productions and welcomed Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Martin Scorsese and many other Hollywood celebrities. We then depart for the Hollywood (Atlas) Film Studios. Sights include spectacular Ait Benhaddou and the Hollywood film studios, used as sets for films such as The Message, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander and Babel, as well as the recent television phenomenon Game of Thrones. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

We then set off on our Marrakech Medina, Famous Artisans' and Spice Markets Tour. We walk through the narrow, colourful streets of Marrakech's historic Medina and explore its traditional markets. You can watch skilled artisans working with leather, ceramics, copper and wood, and discover the essential spices of Moroccan cuisine and local products in the colourful spice markets. Amid the authentic atmosphere and vibrant market culture, we experience Marrakech's historic character and everyday life together. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Marrakech for free time. This world-famous former Portuguese city reminds us of Bodrum in earlier times. Recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, this coastal town combines an Atlantic fishing harbour with art and culture. It has also served as a setting for many productions, including Orson Welles's Othello and the recently popular series Game of Thrones. Sights include the city's fortress, fishing harbour and Medina, built on a layout adapted from ancient Roman cities. 7. Day7MARRAKECH – RABAT – CASABLANCA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Majorelle Gardens: Yves Saint Laurent's Mysterious Treasure Tour. We visit Majorelle Gardens, one of Marrakech's most beautiful locations. Created by French furniture designer and painter Jaques Majorelle and brought to their present form by renowned fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, the gardens are followed by our tour of the capital, Rabat. Surrounded by forests of eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak, Rabat lies on the banks of the Bou Regreg River. In Rabat, which has served as the country's capital since the exiled king announced his return from this city, we visit the Kasbah of the Udayas, Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. We then depart for our Casablanca city tour. Having hosted negotiations between opposing sides and extensive espionage during the World War, Casablanca owes its fame to the celebrated Hollywood film Casablanca, which portrays that period and is remembered for the phrase “Play it again, Sam”. Today an industrial city with one of the largest ports in both Africa and Morocco, Casablanca offers panoramic sights including Mohammed V Square, Rick's Cafe, inspired by the setting of the film Casablanca, the Hassan II Mosque, Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, among the modern city's busiest thoroughfares, and the lively Corniche waterfront. • If the tour operates despite insufficient participation, guiding services may be provided in English.
  • Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km. In such cases, your agency will notify you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making reservations for a 3rd guest and/or a child are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults.
  • Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible.
  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
  • Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
  • Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
  • When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
  • Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • Optional excursions are organised by our local partner agency and require a minimum of 20 participants. If this minimum is not met, excursions may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change excursion days and times depending on the opening and closure of museums and archaeological sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
  • Participation in optional excursions is voluntary and not compulsory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional excursions during the tour are deemed to agree to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the excursion begins and collected from the same location after it ends.
  • Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternative accommodation options are listed for the same destination, details of your hotel(s) will be available 48 hours before departure.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and flight times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change.

VISA

  • Turkish citizens do not require a visa. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient for a visa application.
  • Guests travelling on Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports (extensions are not accepted). Otherwise, they may be denied entry to their destination country and/or boarding by the airline. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • The visa information provided in the programme applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports issued by other countries should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Immigration officers have the authority to deny you entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with border officials upon arrival in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or have sustained similar damage must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
