After baggage, ticketing and boarding formalities, we will board our scheduled Air Arabia flight to Rabat. Upon arrival at Rabat Airport, we will depart for our specially arranged Marrakech Medina, Famous Artisans and Spice Souk Tour. We will visit Majorelle Garden, one of Marrakech’s most beautiful attractions. Created by French furniture designer and painter Jaques Majorelle and given its present form by renowned fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, our visit to Majorelle Garden will be followed by an introduction to argan oil and exotic spices. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Marrakech and free time to relax. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our Essaouira & Atlantic Ocean tour. In this region, home to Morocco’s greatest concentration of argan trees, we will first visit an Argan Oil Cooperative to learn about argan oil. We will then reach Essaouira on the Atlantic coast, a world-famous former Portuguese city reminiscent of old Bodrum. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this coastal town combines a fishing port with art and culture and has served as a location for numerous productions, including Orson Welles’s Othello and the recently popular series Game of Thrones. Sights include the city’s fortress, fishing port and Medina, built following the layout of ancient Roman cities. You can explore its endlessly fascinating maze of narrow streets and enjoy shopping. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Marrakech and free time to relax. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

    Route: Marrakech–Essaouira 175 Km (3 Hours), Essaouira–Marrakech 175 Km (3 Hours)

Shopping recommendation: You can purchase world-famous Moroccan argan oil and argan oil-based cosmetics.

  4. Day4MARRAKECH – ATLAS FILM STUDIOS – OUARZAZATE

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Ouarzazate. Along the way, we will visit Atlas Film Studios, which has hosted the sets of numerous films and television productions, including The Message, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander and Babel. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Ouarzazate and free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Route: Marrakech – Ouarzazate 193 Km (3,5 Hours)

Food and drink recommendation of the day: Try traditional Moroccan mint tea.

  5. Day5OUARZAZATE – ERFOUD

After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off towards the Sahara Desert via Tinghir. The day will unfold like a road-trip story, with the desert on one side and the Atlas Mountains on the other. Our stops include irrigation channels, Todra Valley and M'gouna, the city of roses. We will then depart for our Sahara Desert Sunset Experience with Jeep and Camel Safari, heading to the sand dunes for our desert safari. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Erfoud and free time. After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off for Fes. Following a photo stop in the magnificent Ziz Valley, we will have free time for lunch in the town of Midelt along our route. We will then continue to Ifrane in the Atlas Mountains. Known as Morocco’s little Switzerland, it is an attractive tourist destination with a ski resort and Swiss-style architecture. After a coffee break here, we will continue to Fes and begin exploring its Medina. Following a walk past Bab-el Makhzen, the monumental gateway to the royal palace, and through the surrounding Jewish quarter of Mellah, our Medina tour will take us through the labyrinthine streets of Fes. We will see its world-famous madrasas, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the souk selling distinctive Moroccan jewellery and copperware, workshops producing some of the world’s finest ceramics, and the tannery near the Fes River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods. Following our tour, which includes Attarine Madrasa, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, Moroccan jewellery and copperware, and the leather tanneries, we will transfer to Casablanca. A setting for negotiations between the opposing sides and intense espionage during World War II, Casablanca owes its fame to the celebrated film “Casablanca”, which depicts the period and is remembered for the phrase “Play it again, Sam”. Today an industrial city with one of the largest ports in both Morocco and Africa, Casablanca offers sights including Mohammed V Square, panoramic views of Hassan II Mosque and the lively Corniche waterfront. After visiting the Kasbah of the Udayas, Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, we depart for Rabat Airport at the time advised by our guide. Tour conditions and notes

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour requires a minimum of 40 participants. If there are insufficient participants, the agency's latest cancellation notification date is 21 days before departure. You will be notified through your agency if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participation.
  • Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before departure.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the package provide a general introduction to the cities and are conducted entirely from the vehicle with commentary from the guide. They last no more than 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry at the scheduled date and time, because of events or road closures, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible.
  • Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making reservations for a 3rd guest and/or a child are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2.
  • Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
  • As tour flights are booked with group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Your agency will provide the updated times with the tour information.
  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
  • Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
  • Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
  • When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
  • Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • The times announced by our guide during tours are departure times, when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide is responsible for treating all guests equally and will depart at the meeting time without waiting. Guests who arrive late must make their own way to the next stop.
  • The participant agrees in advance to join the tours specified in the itinerary without disrupting the programme and to pay the tour representative separately during the trip the amount stated in advance in the itinerary to cover expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes and audio headsets, where applicable. The participant has been fully informed of these arrangements.
  • Optional tours are organised by the local agency providing our services and require a minimum of 20 participants. If there are insufficient participants, the tours may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change the days and times of tours according to the opening schedules of museums and archaeological sites and the weather conditions. A different guide may accompany guests on optional tours.
  • In our classic packages that do not include optional tours, participation in these tours is voluntary. Guests who do not wish to join optional tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These guests will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same location after it ends.
  • For itineraries that include optional excursions, payment of museum & archaeological site entrance fees is mandatory.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and flight times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change.

VISA

  • Turkish citizens do not require a visa. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient for a visa application.
  • Guests travelling on Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports (extensions are not accepted). Otherwise, they may be denied entry to their destination country and/or boarding by the airline. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • The visa information provided in the programme applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports issued by other countries should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Immigration officers have the authority to deny you entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with border officials upon arrival in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or have sustained similar damage must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
Cancellation policy
  • For cancellations made at least 30 days before departure, the full tour price will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made 29-16 days before departure, 50% of the tour price excluding airfare will be refunded. Airfare is non-refundable.
  • For cancellations made 15-0 days before departure, the full tour price is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
  • If a guest fails to join the tour on the departure date because they miss their flight, coach or other means of transport, the full tour price is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
  • If a guest does not continue the tour at its outset or during the trip, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, the full amount paid is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
