  2. Day2SINGAPORE

Upon arrival in Singapore, we board our private coach waiting at the airport. We begin our programme with a panoramic Singapore city tour. We will admire Singapore's dazzling night-time lights and stroll along streets bustling at all hours. Our first stop is the world-famous Gardens by the Bay, a 101-hectare (250-decare) nature park in Singapore's Central Region, beside Marina Reservoir. The park comprises three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (Marina South), Bay East Garden (Marina East) and Bay Central Garden (Downtown Core and Kallang). The largest is the 54-hectare (130-decare) Bay South Garden, designed by Grant Associates. Its Flower Dome is the world's largest glass greenhouse. In 2018, the garden welcomed 50 million visitors, considered a world record. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Singapore and free time to relax. Overnight at our hotel.

  3. Day3SINGAPORE

After breakfast at the hotel, guests may depart for our optional Sentosa Island tour (90 Euro). Next, we head to Sentosa Island, Singapore's first and only leisure island, where Singaporeans spend their weekends. After reaching Mount Faber by coach, a cable car set 100 metres above sea level offers panoramic views of the entire island from the sky. Our first visit on the island is to the Images of Singapore museum, showcasing Singapore's rich and colourful 200-year history. Our next stop is Madame Tussauds wax museum, one of Sentosa Island's attractions. Get ready to become part of the story and experience the glamour of fame in Singapore, with over 80 celebrity wax figures from Asia, Hollywood, Bollywood and beyond. After the tour, enjoy free time to relax and explore the island. We then transfer to our hotel in Singapore for free time to relax. Overnight at our hotel.

  • If the tour operates despite insufficient participation, guiding services may be provided in English.
  • Where the itinerary specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or lists alternative hotels for the same destination, your agency will inform you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances in km. In such cases, your agency will notify you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Rooms for 3 guests are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd guest is smaller than a standard bed. Rooms for 3 guests consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or sofa beds. Participants making reservations for a 3rd guest and/or a child are therefore deemed to accept the bed type and any limited space in the room. Child discounts apply to only one child within the applicable age range sharing a room with 2 adults.
  • Hotel breakfasts included in the tour programme reflect the breakfast traditions of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate room allocated to them.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible.
  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight independently from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the tour is cancelled by the agency or the flight times change. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for these circumstances.
  • Under airline rules, if the outbound flight on a round-trip ticket is not used, the airline will cancel the return flight.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must make their own way to the tour's starting point and arrive on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their own transfers.
  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests are unable to take their flight because they are not at the specified airport at the times advised in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination.
  • Tour participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity documents. Fly Express is not responsible for items that are left behind, lost or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to return them to the country and/or their owner, and any costs incurred in returning them are payable by the owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft or similar incidents, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the guide's priority is to keep the group together and ensure the tour continues.
  • When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
  • Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • Optional excursions are organised by our local partner agency and require a minimum of 20 participants. If this minimum is not met, excursions may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change excursion days and times depending on the opening and closure of museums and archaeological sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
  • Participation in optional excursions is voluntary and not compulsory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional excursions during the tour are deemed to agree to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the excursion begins and collected from the same location after it ends.
  • Where only a hotel category is specified and/or alternative accommodation options are listed for the same destination, details of your hotel(s) will be available 48 hours before departure.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, and flight times may change before the tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change.

VISA

  • Turkish citizens do not require a visa. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient for a visa application.
  • Guests travelling on Turkish green passports issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to their destination country and/or boarding by the airline. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • The visa information provided in the programme applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports issued by other countries should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Immigration officers have the authority to deny you entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with border officials upon arrival in the destination country, passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged and/or have sustained similar damage must be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
  • When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents upon entry or exit. We therefore advise guests under 18 and their parents to pay particular attention to this requirement.
