The Protection Package must be purchased for all guests sharing the same cabin. If a name change is made,

the Protection Package must also be purchased for the newly added guest under the current terms. The Protection Package covers

the entire cabin, and all transactions under the package are assessed on a per-cabin basis.

! The protection package can only be added on the day the reservation is confirmed.

• The flights listed in the itinerary have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes to flight times. Our agency therefore reserves the right to amend the itinerary in the event of any schedule changes.
• The operating agency reserves the right to change flight routes and times when deemed necessary. For example, for a cruise departing from Marseille, a flight route announced as Nice may be changed to Marseille, or vice versa. Neither the sales agency nor the operating agency is responsible for domestic tickets purchased independently by guests joining the programme from outside Istanbul.
• The operating agency reserves the right to change the content of shore excursions when deemed necessary.
• For connecting flights requested at the time of booking or afterwards, the relevant airline reserves the right to change the connecting flight times.
• Upon arrival at the destination, all guests must meet the guide at the baggage claim area and exit together. Guests who separate from the tour guide accept responsibility for making their own way to the port.
• The documents required for visa applications are provided within 48 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 2 days before your application.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings at airports and ports, and during round-trip transfers between airports and ports. No agency representative, guide or driver is authorised to accept luggage for safekeeping or can be held responsible for it.
• During the cruise, 2 dinners are formal dinners. Male passengers wishing to attend must bring at least one suit, and female passengers must bring at least 1 evening dress.
• THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE ROUTE AND PORT TIMES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables for our group's evening meals are generally assigned in advance, with table numbers allocated by name, depending on the cruise company. Some cruise companies offer open seating. On ships with assigned tables, guests will sit at their designated tables from the first evening meal through to the last. Guests may also dine at other restaurants on board, subject to arrangements made by authorised ship personnel.
• At cruise check-in, every passenger without exception (only 1 person per couple) must present a credit card or pay a cash deposit at the ship's reception when collecting cabin keys. An authorisation hold averaging 300 euro will be placed on each credit card presented. This is to cover onboard spending during the cruise after check-in. Onboard purchases, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, can be made using the magnetic cards issued by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. You can view all your spending on the television in your cabin.
• For the start of the cruise, colour-coded luggage tags for all luggage belonging to our group will be sent to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not reach your cabin until late in the evening on the ship's first departure day. This is due to the volume of luggage and passengers and is entirely the ship's responsibility. We therefore recommend carrying your essentials for the first day on board in a small hand bag.
• The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At each port, you must be on board no later than 60 minutes before departure. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. Our agency will not be responsible in such cases.
• At the end of the cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags delivered to your cabin in advance, and leave it outside your cabin door by 00.00 the night before disembarkation. After completing disembarkation procedures, guests will collect their luggage from the area designated for our group's luggage. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY HANDLE AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BEFORE COLLECTING IT.
• Passports issued more than 10 years ago cannot be used for international travel, even if they have not expired.
• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date.
• Your passport must not be torn or worn.
• The sales agency and the passenger are responsible for the relevant visa procedures for each programme. Details of the visa required for each tour can be found in its itinerary.
• ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
• We recommend that guests enable international roaming on their mobile phones.
• Ships generally use Euro or USD, depending on the region in which they sail. On the first day on board, you can pay a deposit into your cabin account by cash or credit card using the machines on the ship.
• All programmes require a minimum of 20 participants (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the minimum participation requirement is not met. An alternative programme may be offered to guests.
• Cancellation conditions are specified separately in the details of each programme.
• The captain has the right to remove guests from the ship if they physically or verbally abuse ship personnel during the tour. In such cases, no refund will be issued to the passenger.
